This email is to inform our partners regarding changes to Korean language courses that were included in our course list for exchange/visiting students. The Korean language courses will no longer be provided within the course list for exchange/visiting students starting from Spring 2023. Please kindly find the details of the changes below:

- Introductory Korean language course and Intensive Korean language course will not be provided within the course list for exchange/visiting students. The Regular Korean language course (the same curriculum as the Intensive Korean language course) will be available at the Korean language Institute and it is open to exchange/visiting students for registration in separate schedules and fees. The students would have to check the schedule so that the Korean language course may not conflict with regular semester courses. - As the Korean language courses are no longer within the course list for exchange/visiting students, the transcripts for regular Korean language courses will be separately issued.

-I regret to inform you that Hanyang University Seoul Campus can no longer provide on-campus dormitories for the exchange students from the Fall semester of 2023 until further notice.

This policy will be implemented as well for partners with reciprocal agreement regarding the accommodation.

Please note that the two students from Chinese Culture University who are staying from the Fall of 2022 to the Fall of 2023 do not fall under this limit, and we can provide the on-campus dormitory for them until the next semester.

This unfortunate policy is due to the fact that our on-campus dormitories are old and in need of renovation for safety measures, thus, we are currently very short on the number of students we can accommodate.

New dormitory buildings are, however, currently under construction and are expected to be completed during the next year.

- These changes will be applied from Spring 2023, so please kindly keep the information in mind when selecting students for  2023.
