To nominate your student(s), please complete the attached nomination form and reply to this email by April 30.

We will review your submission and send a confirmation upon receipt.

We will receive nominations only via email.

The latest information sheet is also attached to this email, so please make sure to review the contents and share any necessary information with your students. 

For your information, application for students will be open in mid April.

※ Additional Announcements - Change starting Fall 2025

There are some changes in requirements for exchange students, starting in Fall 2025. 

1) GPA Requirement & GPA Conversion Form

(Original) None - Preference given to students with 3.0 out of 4.0 or above

(Changed) 2.5 out of 4.0 or above

To assist students and partner universities that do not use a 4.0 scale or do not have a GPA system, we will be accepting a "GPA conversion & Academic Capability Confirmation" form along with students' official academic transcripts as part of the application process.

For your reference, I have attached a sample form. This form should be completed by the home university coordinator or another authorized individual and submitted by the student during the application process.

2) Korean Track Requirements(Taking courses conducted in Korean)

(Original) TOPIK level 3 or higher (level 4 or higher for College of Business Administration)

 OR (for Korean language majors) letter of language proficiency written by the Dean of Korean department

(Changed) TOPIK level 5 or above OR (for Korean language majors) letter of language proficiency written by the Dean of Korean department
