2. DORMITORY PLACEMENTS
Please note that due to limited spacing on our on/off campus dormitories, not every student will be guaranteed a spot at the time of application. Our on/off campus dorms can suit approximately 130 exchange students each semester (The number of availability is subject to change each semester).
Dormitory assignments will be given on a first come first serve basis when students apply for it through the online application on the HUFS portal website. Students will be considered for dormitory placement based on their answers via this online application and NOT the separate Google form submission. Please keep in mind that selecting the dormitory option on the Google form doesnot guarantee students a spot in the dormitory.
Our office will do our best to accommodate students who apply for dorms and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause for students.
For students who need a guideline on finding accommodation, here is a list of alternative housing near campus.
