Educational Purpose

The teaching purpose of our department is to develop students' proficiency in speaking, reading, listening, writing, translating Korean, and strengthen their understanding of Korea as the background knowledge for future career, studying abroad, or in-depth research. At the same time, the curriculum is adjusted appropriately in line with the trend and to meet the diverse needs of the society. Our departmnet also teach students the way of dealing with others as to educate professionals with skills and morality.

Our master programme is mainly to develop professionals in Korean language and affairs, as the background knowledge for dealing with North and South Korea.
